This role requires a strong grasp of audience segmentation, customer journeys, and engagement strategies. The specialist will be responsible for crafting compelling email flows that drive conversions, nurture leads, and build long-term customer loyalty.

• Plan, design, and execute email campaigns for clients and internal initiatives.
• Segment audiences and tailor messaging for personalized engagement.
