Enterprise Engineer at Sidmach Technologies Nigeria Limited

• Complete configuration, installation and support of equipment in a Microsoft Windows environment to the specifications of clients proposal
• Maintain software applications, operating systems regularly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer and telephony related issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support.
• Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives
• Respond to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors and etc. To also provide technical assistance and 5support.
• Troubleshooting readiness log files
• Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed.
• Standard system administration duties including server install, System/Application install, Windows problem determination and resolution, log analysis, etc.

• MS Enterprise Applications
• Software applications Virtualisation technologies
• TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP protocols and applications implementing them.
• System administration and basic networking.
