Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Manager located in Lagos.
- The Estate Manager will oversee daily operations of the estates, manage property and facility services, ensure a high level of customer service, and monitor budgeting and financial activities.
- The Estate Manager will also handle tenant issues, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with al gelevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3years, with proven track records in estate/facility management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent facility and resident relationship management
- Proven ability to improve estate operations, maintenance, and security.
- Estate Management and Property Management skills
- Facility Management (FM) capabilities
- Ability to work on-site
- Relevant certifications in estate or property management are a plus
