• Host and anchor the Beacon Talent Quest, ensuring smooth program flow and engaging delivery.
• Introduce contestants, judges, and guest performers with professionalism and flair.
• Keep the audience energized, entertained, and connected throughout the show.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure flawless execution of stage activities.
• Utilize strong entertainment industry connections to secure an
  A-list Nigerian Guest Artiste
  at a discounted rate.
• Negotiate and facilitate arrangements with the Guest Artiste in line with the benevolence mission of the show.
• Represent NOKT RECORDS as the face of the event, embodying passion for talent development and industry growth. 
• Miscellaneous as related to showmanship. 

• Proven experience as an Event Host/MC for major events, concerts, or talent shows.
• Excellent stage presence, communication skills, and improvisation ability.
• Strong network and direct connections to Nigerian musicians and industry stakeholders.
• Ability to secure and connect NOKT RECORDS with an
  A-rated Nigerian Guest Artiste
  at a reduced or zero fee in the spirit of Benevolence.
• Energetic, professional, and passionate about youth empowerment and creative talent discovery.
