Develop the overall events strategy for The Plug, aligning with business goals, cultural trendsand brand partnerships.
Lead planning and execution of high-profile events including concerts, activations, and experiential campaigns.
Manage end-to-end event production: concept development, budgeting, staffing, logistics, permits, security and vendor management.
Collaborate with internal departments (creative, talent and marketing) to bring ideas to life.
Build and manage a network of vendors, agencies and production partners.
Lead a team of event managers and coordinators driving timelines, accountability and quality.
Ensure seamless on-ground execution and guest experience from pre-production to event breakdown.
Stay ahead of global event trends, technologies, and consumer experiences to keep The Plug ahead of the curve.

Skills

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 5 - 7 years work experience.
Expert in event planning, logistics, venue management and event execution.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, contractsand multi-vendor coordination.
Strong ability to manage artists, brand representatives and agency partners.
Comfortable handling on-ground operations and crisis resolution.
Excellent at drafting event plans, running cost sheets and production schedules.
