Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate local/international travel.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Assist with project tracking and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
- Organize meetings, events, and virtual sessions as needed.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria, with flexibility to work hybrid.
