To provide proactive and high-level administrative support that enhances executive effectiveness and organizational efficiency. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to senior leadership, managing calendars, communications, and confidential information with discretion and accuracy. The role coordinates meetings, prepares reports, and streamlines workflows to enable informed decision-making and smooth operations. By anticipating needs, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining strong professional relationships, the Executive Assistant contributes to strategic alignment, executive productivity, and the overall success of the organization.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MSc/MBA preferred).
- At least 7 years experience as an Executive Assistant interfacing with company boards.
- Extensive project management experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in google work space
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong executive support and administrative management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capacity
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Problem-solving skills to anticipate needs and resolve issues promptly

- Calendar & Scheduling Accuracy:Percentage of error-free scheduling, reschedules, and conflict resolutions.
- Meeting Preparedness Score:Timeliness and completeness of agendas, briefs, and materials provided before meetings.
- Travel & Logistics Efficiency:Percentage of travel plans executed without delays, errors, or last-minute changes.
- Executive Time Optimization:Reduction in scheduling conflicts or unnecessary engagements (time freed for priorities).
- Confidentiality & Compliance Adherence:Zero breaches in handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Document & Report Accuracy:Percentage of executive documents, presentations, and reports submitted error-free and on time.
- Task & Project Completion Rate:Percentage of assigned tasks/projects completed within agreed timelines.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction Score:Feedback ratings from executives, staff, and external partners on support and communication.
