Overview

  • The Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder is a high-impact role responsible for providing direct, strategic, and operational support to the Co-Founder. This position requires a highly intelligent, detail-oriented individual with exceptional writing and analytical capabilities.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the Co-Founder, supporting decision-making through rigorous analysis, producing high-quality written materials, and managing discrete projects from conception to completion with consistency, structure, and precision.
  • This role is best suited for an individual with strong intellectual depth, sound judgment, and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Executive Support:

  • Provide direct, day-to-day support to the Co-Founder
  • Manage calendar, scheduling, and prioritisation of engagements
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document key outcomes
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-through
  • Support internal and external communications on behalf of the Co-Founder

Business Writing & Reporting (Core Focus):

  • Prepare high-quality written materials including:
    • Client reports
    • Business memos and briefs
    • Strategic documents and presentations
  • Translate complex ideas and data into clear, structured, and compelling narratives
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism in all written outputs

Research & Analytical Support:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support business decisions
  • Gather, interpret, and synthesise data from multiple sources
  • Develop insights and recommendations based on analytical findings
  • Support strategic initiatives with well-structured thinking and evidence-based input

Project Ownership & Execution:

  • Take ownership of discrete projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure disciplined execution, monitoring, and reporting of progress
  • Maintain high standards of consistency, rigour, and accountability

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Engage effectively with senior management and key stakeholders
  • Support preparation for executive-level meetings and discussions
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement)
  • First-Class degree from a reputable university is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience producing high-quality written reports

3–5 years of experience in a role involving:
