Job Description
Role Summary
- The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to ensure the MD’s office runs efficiently.
- The ideal candidate is highly intelligent, proactive, well-presented, discreet, and able to work in a fast-paced luxury brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Serve as the first point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting briefs
- Track tasks, follow up on action points, and ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Coordinate meetings, events, and high-level engagements
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- Support basic office coordination and administrative functions for the MD’s office
- Monitor priorities and proactively flag urgent matters
- Assist with personal errands and special projects as assigned
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- 2+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management ability
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Well-groomed and confident professional presence
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
