This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Chef based in Abeokuta.
The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, develop menus, and maintain food quality standards.
Responsibilities include managing a team of kitchen staff, ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance, sourcing ingredients, and creating innovative dishes.
The role requires collaboration with the management team to execute culinary strategies that enhance the guest dining experience.

Qualifications

Culinary skills such as menu development, food preparation, and cooking techniques
Management skills including team leadership, staff training, and kitchen operations management
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Creativity and innovation in developing unique dishes and adapting to customer preferences
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Experience in a similar executive or head chef role is preferred
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is an advantage
