About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Executive Facility Manager
for our Lagos/Southwest operations. This role is for a proactive professional who understands the unique dynamics of facilities management and regional operations. You will work closely with the Business Lead to ensure seamless project delivery, support growth, manage client relationships, and help lead a motivated team to achieve the company’s strategic goals within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Business Lead in managing regional teams to ensure alignment with company policies and strategic objectives.
  2. Drive service delivery, client relations and regional business growth.
  3. Oversee compliance with facility management standards, safety policies and approved maintenance practices.
  4. Monitor budgets, receivables, and contract performance to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  5. Conduct audits, ensure quality assurance, and escalate non-compliance issues where necessary.
  6. Lead and mentor site supervisors and operatives, providing training on processes and best practices.
  7. Prepare periodic reports, manage customer feedback, and implement improvement initiatives.
  8. Support asset management, sustainability and business planning.

What We’re Looking For

  1. B.Eng./B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil), Estate Management or Facility Management.
  2. Advanced qualifications such as MBA/MSc are an advantage.
  3. Professional certifications such as:
  4. ISO Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer certifications (ISO 41001 – Facility Management; ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety; ISO 14001 – Environmental Management; ISO 9001 – Quality Management).
  5. Facility Management certifications in at least one of the following: CFM, FMP, ProFM, IWFM (UK), ICS.
  6. Relevant certifications such as COREN, NIESV, NSE, RICS.
  7. HSE qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are strongly desirable.
  8. 8–10 years of cognate experience in an estate or facility management company.
  9. Based in Lagos, with flexibility to travel across the Southwest region.
  10. Fluency in Yoruba is an advantage.
  11. Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
  12. Experience in sales and marketing.
