Job Description
Summary
- We are looking for a seasoned Executive Recruiter to handle senior-level hiring across our organization.
- This role requires discretion, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to source and close top executive talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive roles.
- Work closely with senior leaders to understand role requirements.
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates through targeted search and networking.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and present shortlists.
- Maintain confidentiality throughout the process.
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination.
- Keep accurate records in the ATS and provide hiring updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- A minimum of 5years in recruitment, with 3 at least years focused on executive hiring.
- Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments, ideally tech or consumer goods.
- Strong sourcing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms.
- HR certification is an added advantage.
