- As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving property sales, engaging clients, and contributing to the success of Gavmeldah Homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients to drive property sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify property trends and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate and participate in property site inspections to showcase listings to clients.
- Collaborate in training sessions and industry conferences to stay updated on market trends and enhance skills.
- Actively promote Landmall property portfolio through various marketing channels.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelo's Degree
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude.
- Availability for site inspections and client meetings.
- Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage.
