  • As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving property sales, engaging clients, and contributing to the success of Gavmeldah Homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients to drive property sales.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify property trends and investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate and participate in property site inspections to showcase listings to clients.
  • Collaborate in training sessions and industry conferences to stay updated on market trends and enhance skills.
  • Actively promote Landmall property portfolio through various marketing channels
    .

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelo's Degree
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude.
  • Availability for site inspections and client meetings.
  • Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage
    .
