Job Description
ABOUT THE JOB:
- The auditing firm will examine the organization's financial statements and provide feedback in line with international best practices. Their responsibilities include planning, conducting effective audits, and reporting findings.
- The auditing firm is expected to possess excellent knowledge of auditing principles and demonstrate strong analytical and objective judgment. It should be capable of making informed, rational decisions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The main responsibilities of the auditing firm are outlined below:
- Evaluate financial statements and assess accounts for accuracy and compliance.
- Examine internal systems and operations.
- Assess the effectiveness of risk management practices.
- Conduct audits for other departments, as needed.
- Provide reports and feedback on audit findings.
QUALIFICATION:
- Auditing firms should have ICAN-certified Chartered Accountants with at least 10 years of experience in accounting and related fields.
KEY SKILLS:
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal ability and team collaboration
- Proven experience in financial compliance and regulatory standards
- Proficiency with accounting and audit software (including Microsoft Office)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional skepticism and objectivity
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
