Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Property Management, Building Technology, Facility Management, or related field.
- At least 4 years of professional experience managingresidential properties.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance procedures, and health & safety regulations in luxury residential settings.
- Proven ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers efficiently.
- Experience managing budgets, procurement, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Lekkiand its environs is an advantage.
