Facility Officer (AC Repairs & Maintenance) at PalmPay

Palmpay is seeking an experienced 

 with strong expertise in . The role focuses on ensuring that all cooling systems across our offices and facilities operate efficiently, while also supporting general facility upkeep.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on AC units and cooling systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs or coordinate with approved technicians/vendors.
• Monitor and maintain AC performance to ensure optimal working conditions.
• Keep maintenance schedules and logs for AC servicing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support other minor facility maintenance tasks when required.
• Respond promptly to AC-related emergencies and breakdowns

• Minimum OND/Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in 
  AC repairs and maintenance
  .
• Good knowledge of refrigeration systems and safety practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and service split units, package units, and central systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic reporting and record-keeping ability.
