Job Description

We are seeking a Field Application Specialist (Life Sciences) to provide technical expertise, training, and application solutions for Illumina genomic customers across Anglophone West Africa. This role is critical in ensuring seamless product adoption, customer success, and market growth.

What We’re Looking For:

HND or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Laboratory Science, Life Sciences, or related field (advanced certifications are a plus).
Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit.
At least 3 years’ experience in technical support or application roles in the medical/lab equipment industry.
Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows and life sciences applications.
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
Willingness to travel frequently.
