Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Field Sales Representative Lead to supervise our field sales team and drive revenue growth in our solar company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage field sales representatives
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Acquire new customers and expand market reach
- Train and monitor team performance
- Build relationships with estates, businesses, and facility managers.
Requirements:
- OND / HND / BSc in Marketing or related field
- Field sales experience (solar industry is an advantage)
- Strong leadership and closing skills
- Good knowledge of Lagos market
