Job Description

Have experience in field sales, marketing, or a similar role with proven records
Experience in handling territory management, customer acquisition, and target achievement is a plus.
Prior experience in the
industry
(pharmaceuticals, FMCG, veterinary products, or retail) is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge of sales planning and reporting.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to analyze market trends and provide feedback to management.
Strong time management and organizational skills for fieldwork.
Energetic, confident, and result-oriented.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to drive with valid drivers license
