Role Description

  • We're seeking a highly motivated Finance and Partnership Intern to support our financial operations and partnership development. This is a remote contract role, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance and partnership management.

Responsibilities

  • Financial account balancing and analysis: Ensure accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and provide insights through financial analysis.
  • Financial projections: Prepare financial projections to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Investor and partner research: Identify potential investors and partners, and prepare lists for cold mailing.
  • Data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and databases.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or a recent graduate).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Basic knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with financial accounting, analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with educational institutions or non-profit organizations.
  • Strong research and data management skills.
