Finance Graduate Trainee at 3F Capital Limited

• Participate in structured training sessions covering financial modeling, project finance, and investment analysis.
• Support transaction and development teams in evaluating new investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research, financial due diligence, and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to analyze project and company performance.
• Participate in rotations and short-term secondments across live projects to gain exposure to real-world execution.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and portfolio performance tracking.
• Prepare investment memoranda, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support innovation, continuous improvement, and new business initiatives within the firm.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (minimum of Second-Class Upper / Upper Credit).
• Fresh graduate or maximum of 1–2 years of relevant work/internship experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.

Willingness and ability to work in plant or field environments and adapt to rotational assignments.
