About the Role

The ideal candidate should be ICAN certified with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a passion for driving financial performance.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Develop and implement financial controls and procedures.
Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
ICAN membership is mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
