• Financial Operations:
  Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including processing of loan disbursements, and repayments. 
• Reporting:
  Prepare and analyse financial reports for management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 
• Client Accounts:
  Oversee client accounts, ensuring they are managed effectively and in compliance with the bank's policies. 
• Compliance:
  Ensure all financial activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

  Internal Controls:
  Support internal controls and assist in recovery processes related to fraud and bad debts. 
• Budgeting and Planning:
  Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and provide financial data for strategic planning. 
• Liaison:
  Coordinate with other departments, such as audit and risk, to resolve financial issues

• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and accounting principles.
• Strong understanding of microfinance operations, including savings mobilization and loan management.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a banking environment, preferably with a microfinance/loan organisation.
