Requirements

Minimum of a First Degree in Accounting;
Master’s (MBA/MSc Finance/Economics) is an advantage
ACA/ACCA certification is mandatory
Minimum of 10 years’ progressive finance or accounting experience, including audit firm exposure
At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial finance role
Experience in construction, property, or facilities management is an advantage
Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, taxation, budgeting, and financial modelling
Expertise in treasury management, risk assessment, and ERP/financial systems (SAP, Sage, ERPNext)
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate goals
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across business units
Manage treasury operations, cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships
Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and tax regulations
Coordinate annual audits and statutory filings
Partner with business units to track profitability, ROI, and project viability
Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
