Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Fleet Manager. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for overseeing fleet operations, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, managing day-to-day fleet activities, and coordinating with the operations management team.
Other tasks include optimizing fleet performance, ensuring vehicle maintenance, handling driver recruitment and training, and monitoring fleet costs and budgets.
The Fleet Manager will also be expected to analyze fleet data for operational efficiency and safety improvements.

Qualifications

Knowledge of DOT Regulations, Fleet Operations, and Fleet Management
Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and operational efficiency
Experience in Operations Management and overseeing logistics operations
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work on-site in Lagos
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
