Job Description

Responsibilities

To assist in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet.
To ensure the safe operations of company vehicles and services.
To develop efficient driver schedules to maximize profits.
To find ways to cut costs and maximize profits.
To adopt defensive driving techniques while using company vehicles.
To maintain adequate time schedule on all movements.
Check vehicle paper regularly and renew when due for renewal.
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
To schedule regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
Detect and minimize or eliminate safety hazards.
Inspects vehicle for safety, oil, water and tyre before each departure.
To inform the company of the position of the vehicle/motorcycle from time to time.
Any other task as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years progressive work experience.
