We are seeking a smart, friendly, and well-presented Front Desk/Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, manage client appointments, and support smooth daily operations.

• Welcome and attend to clients professionally and warmly
• Manage appointments, bookings, and client records
• Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries efficiently
• Process payments and maintain daily sales records
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting
• Support marketing and client engagement activities

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and appointment management systems
• Previous experience in a beauty, spa, or hospitality environment is an advantage
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor
