Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional 
    Front Desk Officer
     to join our pediatric hospital. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a warm, welcoming experience and providing efficient administrative support to the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to patients, parents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage patient check-ins and registrations.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain patient records and update information when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and child-friendly.
  • Provide general administrative support to the medical team when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 
    OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree
     in any related field.
  • 1–2 years experience
     in a similar role (experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
  • Must be patient, polite, and comfortable interacting with children and parents.
