Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Officerto join our pediatric hospital. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a warm, welcoming experience and providing efficient administrative support to the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to patients, parents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage patient check-ins and registrations.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain patient records and update information when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and child-friendly.
- Provide general administrative support to the medical team when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degreein any related field.
- 1–2 years experiencein a similar role (experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
- Must be patient, polite, and comfortable interacting with children and parents.
