Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and attend to visitors/clients.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain office records and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification with 2 - 7 years work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
  • Must be well-organized, courteous, and punctual.
  • Prior experience in a front desk/administrative role is an added advantage.
  • Applicants must reside in Lifecamp or its immediate environs for proximity and easy accessibility.
