Role Description
- The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical duties.
- The receptionist will ensure a welcoming environment and provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage.
