Job Description
A leading and reputable security services company - seeks to recruit a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of General Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage comprehensive security operations across multiple client sites
- Develop and implement strategic security policies and procedures
- Lead, train, and supervise security personnel teams
- Conduct risk assessments and security audits
- Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Criminal Justice, Military Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in private security operations
- Proven track record in security management and team leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ex-servicemen from Nigerian Armed Forces or Paramilitary organizations
- Professional security certifications (PSI, CPP, or equivalent)
- Experience in industrial or corporate security environments
