General Manager at BIYI Signature

BIYI Signature is a premium menswear brand in Abuja. We are expanding rapidly and require a skilled General Manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, and business growth.

• Lead both front-end (customer service, sales, marketing) and back-end (production, QC, logistics) operations.
• Supervise staff performance and ensure SOP compliance.
• Oversee production schedules and timely delivery of orders.
• Manage inter-branch coordination between Gwarinpa and Wuse II.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery.

• Proven experience in management or operations (fashion/garment industry is an advantage).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to drive is an added advantage.
