Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager, Operations (GMO) with a strong background in marketing and business development.
The GMO will oversee day-to-day business operations, lead strategy execution, and drive sustainable growth.
This role requires a versatile leader who can manage cross-functional teams, strengthen client relationships, and translate business strategy into operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily business operations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Lead all agency operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments (creative, strategy, client service, media, etc.).
Design and execute marketing strategies to expand brand presence and market share.
Collaborate with business development teams to strengthen client relationships and partnerships.
Manage timelines, project pipelines, and resource allocation to meet internal and external expectations.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to drive efficiency and quality.
Drive business development initiatives through effective marketing strategies that expand client portfolio and revenue streams.
Ensure brand consistency across all communications, media, and client-facing platforms.
Work closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans and team objectives.
Represent the agency in external engagements, fostering partnerships and strategic collaborations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management and marketing leadership within an agency, consulting, or related environment.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and oversee large-scale projects.
Strong track record of implementing marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Salary

N500,000 / Month.
