General Manager at The Reef Swim School

As General Manager, you will:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day school operations.
• Drive student growth through partnerships, marketing, and retention strategies.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle parent/student relations.
• Recruit, train, and manage instructors and staff.
• Monitor financial performance and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop efficient systems and processes that can scale.
• Report directly to the Managing Director with regular measruable performance updates.

• A natural leader with strong people management skills.
• Excellent communicator (parents, schools, and staff should love working with you).
• Business-minded, with experience in hitting growth or sales targets.
• Highly organized, process-driven, and tech-savvy.
• Prior experience in education, sports management, hospitality, or related industries is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory if you have strong experience).
• 2–5 years in management, operations, or customer-facing leadership roles.
• Proven track record of growing a business, team, or program.
