Job Description
Your Role:
As General Manager, you will:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day school operations.
- Drive student growth through partnerships, marketing, and retention strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and handle parent/student relations.
- Recruit, train, and manage instructors and staff.
- Monitor financial performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop efficient systems and processes that can scale.
- Report directly to the Managing Director with regular measruable performance updates.
What We’re Looking For:
- A natural leader with strong people management skills.
- Excellent communicator (parents, schools, and staff should love working with you).
- Business-minded, with experience in hitting growth or sales targets.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and tech-savvy.
- Prior experience in education, sports management, hospitality, or related industries is a plus.
Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory if you have strong experience).
- 2–5 years in management, operations, or customer-facing leadership roles.
- Proven track record of growing a business, team, or program.
