General Nurse at Silver Cross Healthcare and Diagnostics Centre

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate General Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care, supporting doctors, and ensuring patients receive safe and effective treatment in line with professional and ethical standards.

• Provide direct patient care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and carrying out nursing procedures.
• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication use, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention and control protocols.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or resuscitation where required.
• Support patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort as needed.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical nursing practices at all times.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) license.
• Minimum of Diploma or B.Sc. in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Proven clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
• Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, patient care, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
