Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for Tutors located in Nigeria.
- The Tutors are responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to diverse groups of students.
- They will assess, record, and report on the development, progress, attainment, and behavior of students.
- Tutors need to engage with students to foster a conducive learning environment and adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
Qualifications
- Excellent teaching skills in a specific subject area
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in educational assessment and evaluation
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
- Professional teaching certification is a plus
- Experience working in an educational setting is preferred.
