Job Description
Role Summary
To facilitate operational process, handle front office and back-office operations.
Experience and expertise
- 3-5 years’ experience in hotel management or customer service industry.
- Relevant experience in managing communication, coordinating operations and liaising with stakeholders in related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to use online databases, data entry, CRM knowledge and digital IT security.
- Must be able to speak German language.
Language/Proficiency
- English (B1) and German (B1)
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s from a certified Nigerian institute (statement of result not applicable)
