We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven

to join our real estate sales team. This role is designed to help fresh graduates on property sales, client engagement, site inspections, and closing deals while building a solid career in real estate.

• Assist in marketing and selling residential and commercial properties
• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online platforms
• Attend site inspections with prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide accurate information on property prices, locations, and payment plans
• Support senior sales executives during negotiations and deal closures
• Maintain proper records of clients, prospects, and sales activities
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline
• NYSC completed or exemption letter (where applicable)
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and real estate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Smart, presentable, and confident
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms is an advantage
• Ability to work weekends when required
