Job Description

Role Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for translating CrownCity Resort’s brand strategy into high-quality visual assets across digital, print, and on-site channels. This role supports sales, marketing, events, and guest engagement by ensuring all visual communications are consistent, compelling, and aligned with brand standards.

The role is execution-heavy and requires close, daily collaboration with the Sales & Marketing, Events, and Operations teams to deliver timely, accurate, and visually impactful materials that directly support bookings, campaigns, and on-ground activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce visual assets, including flyers, posters, brochures, banners, menus, signage, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Ensure consistent application of CrownCity’s brand guidelines, color palette, typography, and visual tone across all materials.
  • Adapt designs for multiple formats (digital, print, large-format, social media, on-site displays).
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to develop creatives for promotions, campaigns, seasonal offers, and group packages.
  • Design assets for social media posts, stories, ads, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Support content creation for events, brand activations, and partnerships.
  • Produce event-related materials, including event flyers, schedules, backdrops, wristbands, tickets, stage visuals, and wayfinding signage.
  • Support last-minute design needs for live events, festivals, conferences, and corporate functions.
  • Ensure on-site visuals are accurate, up to date, and professionally presented.
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and vendors as required.
  • Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and brand assets.
  • Manage version control and ensure timely delivery of all assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

  • Experience working in a resort, hotel, event, or lifestyle brand environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, on-site setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Receptive to feedback and able to iterate quickly.
