Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and email communications
Create visual assets for video productions, livestreams, and broadcasts (thumbnails, lower thirds, banners, overlays)
Design flyers, posters, banners, and promotional materials for events and programs
Ensure all designs align with HOM’s brand guidelines and visual identity
Collaborate closely with the media, content, and production teams
Prepare final design files for digital and print use
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently
Maintain organized design files on the company’s shared storage platforms
Support creative direction and contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software (Canva, Figma, etc.)
Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
