Job Overview

In this role, you’ll be play a visual role in shaping the visual identity of the brand across all platform.
You’ll ensure that every visual touchpoint consistently reflects the brand’s aesthetic and values.
You’ll be a visual storyteller who understand how to communicate fashion, emotion, and brand identity through imagery and layouts.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute visual concepts for campaigns, collections, and brand storytelling.
Lead the development of all visual assets across digital, print, and packaging.
Design campaign materials, brand presentations, and in-store graphics.
Guide and mentor junior designers and freelance creatives.
Translate complex creative briefs into compelling visuals concepts.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all social platforms.
Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Research and stay updated on design trends, relevant to culture, fashion, and branding.
Contribute to ideation and development of brand storytelling through design.
Create graphics for social media, and e-commerce in alignment with seasonal campaigns.
Review and refine designs based on feedbacks from cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
4+ years of professional design experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brand
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
A strong and relevant portfolio that showcase branding, and layouts.
Understanding pf printing techniques and digital production requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
A collaborative mindset and strong communication skill
