Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer with strong expertise in photo manipulation, digital design, and print media.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually appealing designs across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, and enhance images using advanced photo manipulation techniques for campaigns, advertisements, and brand visuals.
Design graphics for both digital platforms and printed materials (brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, merchandise, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
Prepare and review final layouts for print production, ensuring accurate colors, layouts, and finishes.
Work closely with printers, vendors, and production teams to ensure high-quality delivery of printed designs.
Maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual communication materials.
Stay updated with design trends, software updates, and best practices in digital and print media.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Ensure all designs comply with specifications for digital and print output, including resolution, bleed, and file formats.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio in photo manipulation and print design.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW (knowledge of Lightroom is an added advantage).
Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
Knowledge of print production processes (offset, digital printing, large-format printing).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to bring concepts to life.
