Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Group Marketing & Growth Manager to drive growth across multiple brands in beauty, tech, and lifestyle. This role combines digital marketing, direct client acquisition, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, sales-minded, and comfortable working both online and on the ground.

This is a hands-on role focused on generating real results—leads, sign-ups, partnerships, and revenue—not just content or aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns across all brands
  • Develop growth strategies aligned with sales and revenue targets
  • Coordinate promotions, launches, and brand activations

Direct Marketing & Client Acquisition

  • Actively source, pitch, and onboard clients
  • Conduct in-person outreach, calls, demos, and follow-ups
  • Build partnerships with salons, clinics, service providers, and businesses
  • Support offline activations, pop-ups, and field marketing initiatives

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Manage and grow Google Business Profiles and reviews
  • Support SEO and local search visibility
  • Oversee social media presence and content execution
  • Manage email, WhatsApp, and basic CRM outreach

Brand Growth & Visibility

  • Increase brand awareness and customer trust across platforms
  • Identify collaboration, influencer, and ambassador opportunities
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance
  • Provide simple weekly or monthly performance reports
  • Recommend improvements based on data and results

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in marketing, sales, or growth roles (entry–junior level)
  • Comfortable with
    direct sales, pitching, and client engagement
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Bonus (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience with SaaS, booking platforms, or tech products
  • Knowledge of Google Business, SEO, or paid ads
  • Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG industries
