Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition and retention.
Optimize marketing funnels through A/B testing, analytics, and customer feedback.
Manage social media and paid advertising campaigns [Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.].
Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align campaigns with brand strategy.
Track and report on key growth metrics including conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
Explore partnership and influencer marketing opportunities to expand brand reach.

Qualifications & Skills

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or related roles.
Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools [Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc.].
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and project management skills.
A creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into measurable outcomes.
