Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise guest experiences and activities.
- Ensure seamless execution from setup to completion.
- Interact with guests to understand and anticipate needs.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Handle and escalate concerns promptly.
- Maintain activity schedules and event records.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort during experiences.
