Job Description
The handyman will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks to keep facilities, equipment, and property in good working order.
The handy man will be responsible for electrical works fixing and also minor plumbing works.
- Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical etc.).
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, appliances.
- Carry out preventative maintenance to reduce breakdowns.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants
