Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

Formulate and execute comprehensive IT strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and long-term business goals
Champion digital transformation initiatives across all business units and operational functions
Provide strategic technology counsel to the executive leadership team and board of directors
Drive innovation through emerging technologies and industry best practices

Operational Excellence

Oversee enterprise-wide technology infrastructure, including cloud platforms, data centers, and network architecture
Ensure robust cybersecurity frameworks, data protection protocols, and regulatory compliance standards
Lead system integration projects, software implementations, and technology modernization initiatives
Maintain business continuity through disaster recovery planning and risk management strategies

Financial Management

Develop and manage comprehensive IT budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI
Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts, technology partnerships, and service level agreements
Implement cost optimization strategies while maintaining service quality and performance standards

Team Leadership & Development

Build, lead, and develop high-performing IT teams across multiple disciplines and locations
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional excellence
Establish performance metrics, career development programs, and succession planning initiatives
Promote cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in information technology leadership roles
At least 5 years in senior executive positions with direct reports and P&L responsibility
Mandatory
FMCG industry experience
with demonstrated success in driving business growth through technology
Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects and enterprise-wide system implementations
