Job Description

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the architectural design team.
Develop and oversee architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings.
Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards, building codes, and best practices.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Review and approve design outputs to maintain quality, consistency, and brand standards.
Manage design timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Mentor, coach, and develop junior architects and design professionals.
Stay abreast of emerging design trends, materials, technologies, and sustainability practices.
Represent the organization in design presentations, stakeholder meetings, and client engagements. .
