Job Description

Role Summary

The Head of Operations will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency across the pharmacy chain, with particular focus on procurement, distribution, logistics, inventory control, and data-driven decision-making.
The role requires a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience managing operations at scale.
The Head of Operations will work closely with the General Manager and the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end procurement, warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations
Ensure optimal stock availability, stock accuracy, and inventory turnover across all locations
Implement and monitor supply chain systems, controls, and performance metrics
Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Work closely with the sales and finance teams to support business growth objectives
Ensure operational processes align with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in procurement, distribution, and logistics
Strong background in supply chain management and inventory/stock control
Highly data-driven, with strong analytical and reporting skills
Demonstrated ability to use data to drive operational efficiency and cost control
Prior experience within a retail chain environment is a strong advantage
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and execution capabilities
