Head of Partnership - Faith Based Organization Lekki at Outsource Africa

Salary is N20m per annum

The Head of Partnerships is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships and alliances that advance the vision and impact of the organization. This role leads the planning and execution of partnership initiatives across churches, NGOs, corporate sponsors, donors, and regulatory stakeholders—ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission, sustainability, and strategic growth goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, fundraising, or partnership management, preferably in the non-profit, faith-based, or impact-driven sectors.
• Professional certifications in fundraising, nonprofit leadership, business development, or marketing are an added advantage.
• Excellent fund raising, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Exceptional communication, both verbal and written
• Strategic thinking with a result-driven mindset
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines
• Knowledge of CRM, proposal tools, and reporting dashboards (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
• High integrity, spiritual maturity, and ability to represent the organization’s values in external environments
• Initiative, emotional intelligence, and professional presence
• Strong storytelling and impact communication skill
